The Keda Jinwei UV laser marking machine is developed using a 355nm UV laser. Compared with infrared laser, the machine adopts third-order intracavity frequency doubling technology. The 355 UV focused spot is very small, and the marking effect is to directly break the molecular chain of the material through short wavelength laser, greatly reducing the mechanical deformation and thermal deformation of the material (belonging to cold light). Because it is mainly used for ultra-fine marking and engraving, it is particularly suitable for industries such as food and pharmaceutical packaging material marking, micro hole drilling, high-speed division of glass materials, and complex graphic cutting of silicon wafers.
